The following products may NOT be returned:

• Used merchandise.

• Special orders.

• Custom golf clubs/completed golf clubs may be returned if new, unused, and in original packaging.

• There is a 25% restocking fee.

• Dents or dinks in woods, (misused) 

• Personalized items.

• Merchandise sold as close-out or used.

• RETURN POLICY

  If, when the merchandise is received, the buyer finds it to be materially different from the description in the web site and emails, we will accept return of the merchandise. The buyer should notify us by email no later than 7 days after receipt of merchandise to receive the Return Authorization Number. After examination, we will refund the buyer's price. After seven (7) days all sales are final. We're sorry but we do not, under any circumstances, accept return of new equipment after it's been used, even it it's only been hit once.
  
  

• If you are not satisfied with the club(s) please leave the plastic on the heads. Once the plastic is off the heads they are considered used. I offer a 100% money back guarantee, less original shipping charge. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. (No clubs have been returned yet, but there is always a 1st time I suppose)
